1. Identify the most influential journalists and bloggers, SN sites,and Brick and Mortar "Business case" examples.
2. Understand local business culture / history and established / current climate.
3. Spend money to help (exponentially) build internal / external infrastructure.

TechRide ... Online ALL the time.
We have been discussing the Candidates who have (off the record) been trying to manage the influx of debates and forums that have been presented to them by trying to limit the amount. This phenomenon is new; the citizen 2.0 demands interaction. Now.
Access such as this will diminish in the near future. We are in unprecedented times.
What would Benjamin Franklin say to this Open Source Democracy?
